Airports Company South Africa manages and oversees the operations of South Africa’s nine major airports. Among them, O.R. Tambo, Cape Town, and King Shaka International Airports serve as the primary entry points for international travelers visiting the country.

ABOUT THE SAKHISIZWE BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED
The Sakhisizwe Community Programme, in partnership with Airports Company South Africa, is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2025 academic year.
Bursaries will be awarded for studies within the following fields:
- Accounting
- Environmental Studies
- Engineering
- Law
- Information Technology
- Property Valuation / Management

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SAKHISIZWE BURSARY
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
- You must be studying towards a qualification within one of the fields of study listed above
- You must be entering your 2nd or 3rd year of study in 2025
- You must be currently enrolled/ accepted to study at a University in South Africa
- You must have a strong academic record
- You must be in need of financial assistance
- You must come from a previously disadvantaged background

Note: there is no application form to be completed for this bursary application – students need only submit the list of documents below to apply.
Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your email application (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application may be disqualified):
- Application letter with a brief description of your home background
- Academic record
- Proof of university registration/ acceptance
- Proof of residence
- Curriculum Vitae (maximum 3 pages)
